Eastern Illinois men's and women's cross country will compete in the NCAA Midwest Regional this Friday afternoon at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kansas. The women's race will be contested at the 6K distance beginning at 12 p.m. followed by the men's 10K event at 1 p.m. Both EIU teams are coming off second place finishes at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships on Oct. 31 at Murray, Ky.
