Eastern Illinois men's and women's track programs will open competition at the NCAA West Regional in Fayetteville, Ark., on Thursday afternoon.  The Panthers are sending six individuals and one relay team to compete in eight events over the three day meet.  The top 12 finishers and relay teams will advance to the NCAA National Championships in Eugene, Ore.
